Morning:

I started my Friday by reading a newly bought magazine by Mum yesterday, Woman's Weekly... well, Ive learned alot about life, too many to mention but there's a few quote I came across and I found them meaningful ^_^ actually Im not done with the magazine yet... haha...

Oh and I found this beautiful, elegant and gorgeous dress!! nice right?! hehe... ^_^

1. What doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger. I think this refers basically to everything that we've done. Regardless to one's relationship, career or self. Otherwise, Dont give up before even trying! ^_^

2. If a man cheats WITH you, he will also cheat ON you. I think this is really true even I never been into this type of situation before but from what I've read from the magazine. Lady XX was married to Man YY and they live happily. One very ordinary day, Bitch XX confronted Lady XX and declared that Man YY is her Husband! Lady XX was speechless and thats how it all started. Lady XX dont even know he was married and whats really disappoint her was she found out he is cheating on her. The happy ending is that Lady XX got divorced and found her perfect man and they live happily ever after... lol! I hope it relates from the quote. hehe! (:

I've also found few weight management tips:
1. At buffets, head for the salads first to satisfy gnawing hunger. This way, u will eat less.
2. When eating out, just lower the food portions or share your food with someone.
3. Dont skip your exercises while traveling, use mineral bottles as dumbbells instead.
4. Put a lid on soft drinks - each sip is laden with sugar and high in calories.
